My approach is collaborative. I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Buddhist Psychology, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I am offering sessions via telehealth to clients located anywhere in New Mexico.
