I provide a safe, caring, non-judgmental, and respectful place to address concerns, challenges, and transitions that occur in life. I believe that counseling is a healing process that encourages self-acceptance and connection with others. My approach is systemic, collaborative, and client-directed. From this approach, you are respected as the expert on you while I help guide you from my knowledge of the therapy process. I believe that all people have inherent value and deserve dignity and respect. When provided with a caring and accepting environment, people access their strengths and resources for greater resilience and wellness.
I see clients who are experiencing relationship issues, parenting struggles, family conflicts, issues with transitions, or who are considering separation or divorce. Premarital counseling is also available. I provide individual, couples, and family counseling.
I have worked in the mental health field for many years and attend to clients from a trauma-informed perspective. My style is warm and open and I enjoy providing tools and resources as needed. It is my honor to hear your story and life experiences. Please reach out if I can be helpful to you.
