I am grateful you stopped by and are considering my services during a vulnerable time in your life. I believe that we are shaped by each experience we have, the systems we interact with, and the relationships we engage in. Those identities are key factors in the individual’s view of the world and interaction within it. I am also a gender affirming therapist, and here to help anyone on their journey.
I practice from a strength-based perspective. I believe you possess all you need to make the improvements you want to see in your life. I am here to facilitate your personal growth through tools, perspective and guidance. I have a Masters degree in Social Work. During undergraduate school, I studied Sociology and Gender and Sexuality Studies.
I have experience working with clients who have depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, relationship issues, blended families, grief and loss, infidelity, anger management, communication skills and work place stress.
