Many people come to me because they’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, panic, or other mood-related challenges. Some are navigating persistent thoughts of self-harm or suicidal ideation, while others are managing complex conditions like PTSD, schizophrenia, or substance use. These experiences often disrupt relationships, work, and everyday life. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and work through what’s getting in the way of feeling more like yourself. Together, we’ll build emotional regulation skills, explore healthier ways to cope, and work toward your goals, whatever they may be.
My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive and LGBTQ+ affirming. I want you to know that I’m an avid learner, of ideas, stories, cultures, and perspectives. That means I will learn from you, just as you learn from me. Therapy can feel uncomfortable at times, and my role is to hold a nonjudgmental space where you can be your full, authentic self.
Outside of work, I recharge by spending time outdoors (as long as the bugs stay away), planning vacations, exploring new restaurants, and watching reality TV with ice cream in hand.
