I work with you to develop better coping skills and help you to understand & manage complex feelings of anxiety or sadness.
I bring 2 decades of experience, from direct care in community mental health and hospital settings, to private practice and inpatient psychiatry. In addition to psychodynamically oriented talk therapy, I integrate mindfulness, trauma informed approaches, somatic imagery, and EMDR, all depending on your individual needs.
