Reaching out for help can be an intimidating process, but therapy doesn't have to be scary. I work with families and individuals to help them identify the things that are going well in their lives and the things that they want to change. We collaborate together to make those changes a reality. I am here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you.
Though my primary background is working with people who have experienced trauma, I also have experience in depression, anxiety and life stressors. I will work with you to find what approach fits your needs best. I have experience in working with young children and play therapy as well as adolescents.
