Throughout the therapeutic process we work together to identify your goals while developing a plan of action to reach your goals. I have advanced training in a variety of therapeutic approaches.
My style is solution focused with a strong emphasis on the cognitive behavioral therapeutic framework. I am a registered yoga teacher and have developed and implemented a mindfulness curriculum for public schools and the community. Combining these therapeutic elements I customize my approach to your individual needs to maximize your positive results.
