In addition to using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I utilize exciting new treatments such as Virtual Reality, art, somatic, and music therapy if clients desire.
I work with adults and adolescents with a variety of disorders and life challenges, with a focus on the treatment of anxiety. I provide Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) and utilize Virtual Reality technology in my practice. I also have a passion for improving the parent-child relationship, maternal mental health, and postpartum support.
