I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience working with individuals and couples on the journey of parenting. I work with clients in all stages of this journey from infertility, pregnancy support, pregnancy loss and stillbirth, new motherhood and post partum depression. I like to include both partners whenever possible to strengthen the family unit. Additionally I work with new parents to help them strengthen their bond to their child. I am also a skilled group leader with a focus on Pregnancy Loss, Mother Loss, and Pregnancy After Loss.

My practice also includes helping individuals grow through various and inevitable life stages and transitions. While focusing on the strength of the individual client, I like to engage a client's sense of humor and spirituality in the healing and growth process.

I use an eclectic orientation, and pay close attention to your whole person -- emotional, physical and spiritual. I respect your journey and will support you in addressing life's challenges. I provide a safe place to explore and build coping skills and hold the hope and the belief that you can reach your full potential.
