A therapeutically appropriate array of approaches are utilized, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strengths Focused Therapy.
