In our work together, my goal is to help you recognize and appreciate your strengths, understand how you've used them to overcome past challenges, and explore how you can continue to rely on them in navigating present and future experiences.
I support individuals through trauma, ADHD, grief & loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions (there are many!). I work with people from diverse backgrounds, drawing from approaches that explore our inner parts, the stories we tell ourselves, and how we manage thoughts and feelings to foster healing and growth.
Being a healthy individual takes work. We are all survivors of something—our childhood, families, careers, or other life experiences. You are the expert in your own life. My role is to help you make sense of your experience and support you in your journey.
