My hope, and my approach to therapy, is to collaborate with you to understand why you are hurting the way you are. I listen carefully, with attention and curiosity, and together we explore who you are as a whole person, what important messages your pain might be communicating, and new ways of thinking, being, and relating.
While I specialize in the treatment of developmental and complex trauma, eating disorders, and persistent relational problems, I welcome to my practice adults (18+) with diverse concerns including anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, life changes and transitions, relationship challenges, and identity development.
