I take a supportive and active approach to therapy. Sessions often include creating and practicing strategies together so that you have useful tools in your daily life. I have been working with university students, and adults, with stress, anxiety, cultural transition, addiction, self-esteem, identity, conflict, relationships, sexuality, and depression.
