We are learning how to connect the world around us in new and continuously changing ways. During even the small changes we can experience grief related stress or anxiety simply trying to create new routines for ourselves or our families. Grief is a natural response to any form of loss in our lives. Often people only relate grief to the death of a loved one but it is much more common than that. The process of grieving a loss can happen from a move, a change in job, a loss of a relationship or even the loss of a dream once had.
I specialize in somatic-relational therapy, emphasizing the connection between your body, mind, and emotions. I help you become more aware of how your body holds onto past experiences and guide you in releasing tension and trauma. Through our work together, you can achieve deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
