Not taking new clients at this time. Making the decision to seek therapy is a strength-based step toward creating the life you want. Sometimes we hold on to old patterns that might have helped us in the past, but those patterns no longer serve us. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or want to learn new coping skills, our work together can identify thoughts that just aren't helpful and we'll work towards finding healthier thought patterns. Then we'll work on building resources that will help you maintain positive changes.

Some people have had traumatic experiences that distort their view of the world and of themselves. For these situations, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) or IFS parts work may be options to consider. If you haven't heard about these treatment methods, I'd be happy to tell you more about them.

It's important to find a therapist whose style matches your needs. I'm nonjudgmental and easy to talk to, kind, and objective. I love what I do for a living and consider it a privilege to be a part of each client's journey.
