With over 20 years of experience, I am a dedicated therapist specializing in working with children, adolescents, and adults. My career has spanned various settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, schools, and the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Project.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
