My therapeutic focus involves working with adults, adolescents, and couples, and I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, trauma survivors, and people with personality disorders. I have provided care to clients experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and other mental health struggles in individual and group therapy environments. My goal as a therapist is to provide my clients with the best opportunity to overcome challenges in their lives through providing them with the tools, setting, and resources that they need to empower them to create change in their lives.
I am currently providing therapy online in Texas and Pennsylvania.
The modalities I use within therapeutic practice are CBT, DBT, ACT, strengths based, psychodynamic, and EMDR. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and am versed in providing care for queer and trans clients. I am currently offering therapy in Texas in person and Pennsylvania via telehealth.
I chose to become a therapist because I love helping clients to heal and overcome the struggles they experience in their lives. Starting therapy can be an intimidating process, but you have the strength to take this step towards healing.
