I use a wide variety of approaches that best meets the needs of the client. I operate
from an eclectic framework of counseling interventions, including cognitive-
behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. The main
approach is to create a warm and welcoming environment free of judgment. I work
with individual ranging from the age of 4 years old to 25 years old. Areas concern
that I have worked with are ADHD, ASD, depression, anxiety, gender and sexuality,
adjustment disorders, grief, emotional regulation, and family transitions.
My story has led me to have a desire work through the tough times. Each of us have
a sorry that has led us to be where we are today. We all want to be heard, and the
