Whether you are struggling with anxiety, healing from past traumas, or are working through any number of relationship or transition difficulties, you deserve a non-judgmental space to heal. Together, we will take a look at the wounded places, finding compassionate and practical ways to address them. In everything, I deeply respect your personhood, boundaries, and culture. I’m committed to creating a safe and productive space to work through whatever you feel is holding you back.
With both education and life experience, I offer person-centered care tailored for your needs. I practice with the lenses of Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Systems, and Somatic Mindfulness. I often utilize Lifespan Integration, guided meditation, DBT principals/skills, and some CBT. We will refer/defer to your bodily sense of knowing.
