With both education and life experience, I offer person-centered care tailored for your needs. I practice with the lenses of Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Systems, and Somatic Mindfulness. I often utilize Lifespan Integration, guided meditation, DBT principals/skills, and some CBT. We will refer/defer to your bodily sense of knowing.
