Using a psychodynamic, relational and attachment-based approach, I work with clients struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, codependency and relationship challenges. I also specialize in working with adult children of emotionally immature parents and dysfunctional families using a trauma-informed lens.
