This group is a space for women experiencing perimenopause, which can be a period of significant change. Perimenopause can increase feelings of anxiety, depression, and irritability as well as physical symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep issues, low libido, weight, and energy. This group is intended to be a space to learn about perimenopause and find support with other women experiencing similar changes.
