You're very courageous for taking the first step in finding somebody to talk to. Together we'll navigate the challenges you're facing in your life like relationship problems, identity issues, low-self esteem, transitions, and losses. As you share, I'll make sure you feel heard and understood.
I'm passionate about working with teenagers and young adults! This is an exciting, complex time in life with lots of changes on top of figuring out who you are. We'll talk about your experiences in a way that feels comfortable to you and create goals specific to your situation. I consider it a privilege to be alongside you as you make strides in your life.
Lots of people feel nervous about talking to someone. I'll create a space that is non-judgmental and safe so you can start becoming who you want to be.
