Sometimes though, you may need a little more help than the people closest to you can provide. Our sessions will give you some time to care for yourself. You will have the opportunity to grieve your losses, develop new coping skills, make informed decisions, and improve your relationships. We work together so you can stay present and connected, even as events and people around us shift with uncertainty.
I am licensed in PA, MD, DE, and WI. I specialize in treating Postpartum Stress, Infertility, Pregnancy Loss, Difficult Pregnancies, and Trauma and Anxiety. My trauma certification and years of experience, have taught me that trauma comes in many forms. Enhancing typical therapy methods with a creative, individualized approach is my specialty.
Appointment times are available during weekday afternoons, evenings, and Saturday mornings. Virtual sessions are the primary means of service delivery right now. Teletherapy sessions are administered on a HIPAA compliant platform. We can meet if you are located in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware or Wisconsin.
