Professionally, I’m a LPC in Colorado with a MA in Counseling. Personally, I’m a believer in our innate ability to heal, in body, mind, and spirit. I have a passion for helping others and have seen how personal exploration with support is one of the most transformational things we can do for ourselves. I have experience working with adolescents, children, and adults in a variety of settings ranging from crisis stabilization units to guiding wilderness therapy trips and everything in between. I am currently seeing Kaiser clients through Westside Behavioral Care.
I strive to give clients hope, new perspectives, and the tools to better navigate their daily challenges. I want every client to leave feeling truly heard and understood. Since sessions are just a fraction of our busy lives, I believe in providing “homework” outside of our sessions to expand on our work together.
