I'm a Certified Complex Trauma Professional and use an integration of EMDR, Somatics, and IFS to help with mind-body connection and nervous system regulation.

Women's Group: Befriending The Body
Welcome to an inclusive women's embodiment group, an intersectional space to enhance mind-body connection and comfort with self. This is an invitation to bring your unfiltered self, intentions, and vulnerability into a space that can be shared, witnessed, and held by others with a sense of community and belonging. The group will honor stories of trauma, chronic illness, disability, tension, disordered eating, and marginalization. Practices will include mindfulness, movement, reflective writing, and collective processing to expand experiences of inner safety, acceptance, connection and joy. This is a 5 week In person small, intimate, closed group series located in West Lakewood starting May 5th.
