Im a Certified Complex Trauma Professional who helps clients develop post-traumatic growth and resilience, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and meaningful connections. I utilize integrative, evidence-based mind- body treatments including EMDR, Mindfulness, Somatics, IFS, and the neurobiology of stress and the nervous system.
