I've worked with many populations, but my specialties are eating disorders, depression, and borderline personality disorder. Anorexia nervosa restricts more than just food; it can diminish your relationships, joy, and overall health. Bulimia nervosa traps you in a cycle of binge eating and compensatory behaviors that can damage your physical health, emotional well-being, and self-image. Binge eating disorder creates a persistent cycle that can isolate you and impact your quality of life. I treat eating disorders with specialized therapy. I meet you where you are, and I work with you on an ongoing basis to make therapy a safe space.

I treat borderline personality disorder using DBT. Throughout my career, I realized how difficult the road to recovery was for patients with those diagnoses. They often expressed to me how previous providers had given up on them, and I wanted to be the one who would be in it with them for the long haul.

I also specialize in geriatric mental health, understanding that older adults face unique challenges like loss, illness, and adjustment to retirement. For some, this may be your first time in therapy, and I provide a gentle, empathetic approach to support you as you navigate these transitions, build coping skills, and uncover a sense of self-compassion.
