My therapeutic orientation is grounded in cognitive-behavioral theory. Therefore, evidence-based treatments are used to help decrease distress, increase self-compassion, as well as moving towards actualizing one's goals and living a valued life. My practice seeks to build on a person's strengths in a warm, nurturing, empathic, and validating environment.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, self-compassion, parenting concerns, anger management, caregiver support, and life cycle stressors.
