I provide trauma-informed therapy and EMDR therapy for adults experiencing PTSD, anxiety, and unresolved trauma. I integrate CBT, attachment-based, somatic, and psychodynamic approaches to reduce emotional reactivity and build coping skills. I also offer Christian counseling and faith-based therapy for clients who want spiritually integrated care.
