I'm glad that you're here. In my work, I focus on addressing a variety of issues with clients. I work from a recovery-oriented standpoint, knowing that the mental journey looks different for everyone and that there is no box that fits everyone. My approach to treatment is tailored to each individual. I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as hypnosis. I focus on providing a warm, accepting space where we can address issues as they occur.
I focus on being authentic and clear in my communication while providing a space of positive regard and non-judgment, knowing clients are making the best choices they can in life. I approach conversations with curiosity and interest in exploring more. My approach to providing feedback is also collaborative, as therapy is a partnership.
