My approach to counseling draws from social work values to enhance human well being through social justice, equality, and empowerment. I work from several trauma-informed therapeutic perspectives including Attachment, Regulation and Competency Therapy (ARC), Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I strongly welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and am committed to providing culturally-aware services. I am available during after school hours and evenings.
