My role is to assist you on your path to healing and recovery by equipping you with the essential skills and tools needed to enact the changes you seek. My approach is multifaceted, rooted in methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, all tailored to forge a therapy process that is uniquely client-centered. I aim to empower individuals to surmount challenges, foster resilience, and realize enduring positive transformation.

I've the privilege of supporting clients with ADHD, addiction, autism, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with individuals of all ages—children, adults, couples, and families—developing coping skills, enhancing executive functioning, fostering emotional regulation, and exploring sexual identity. It's rewarding to be part of your growth and resilience.
