I specialize in helping people who have or are caring for someone with a chronic illnesses, are suffering from grief and loss, are experiencing anxiety that is negatively impacting day to day life. My goal is to help teach clients how to utilize healthy coping skills, set boundaries and work through the stressors of life in more positive ways. Whether you are experiencing job related stress, an illness, or the death of a loved one, having healthy coping skills and boundaries will help ease the burdens of life.
My personal and professional experiences have prepared me to help you make changes and be in control of your mental and physical health in a way that feels empowering to you. I will provide a relational approach to our therapeutic alliance and help guide you to make lasting changes.
I want to work with you using EMDR along with providing you tools to reduce anxiety and help you to live more in the present. Specializing in areas such as grief, chronic illness, trauma, anxiety, and stress inducing situations gives me the ability to help people who are going through life events that are often difficult to manage.
