I am a trauma-informed therapist which allows me to view individuals from a perspective of "what have they been through" instead of "what is wrong with them."
I utilize aspects from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy and mindfulness in my treatment approach.
