As summer begins and school routines change, many children and adolescents experience shifts in structure, social connections, and daily expectations. I enjoy helping children, teens, and families navigate these transitions while building skills to manage emotions, relationships, anxiety, behavior challenges, and life changes. I also work with young adults as they move from college into the adult world, supporting them through career decisions, increased responsibilities, independence, workplace adjustment, stress management, and identity development. Whether facing a seasonal transition, a major life change, or everyday challenges.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in diverse populations and backgrounds. I have worked in schools and through tele-health conducting individual, group, and family therapy. I promote interacting with others in a supportive, compassionate, and empathetic way.
