I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore what is going on in their life and facilitate a conversation that encourages change. Now change is a funny thing; we want it but at the same time we fight against it. As a therapist, I navigate my clients through this process. So what will be the difference that makes a difference for you? To answer that, I employ directive conversation and engaging activities.
Through storytelling, play, and art, in a non-judgmental safe space I collaborate with you to shift how you relate to what brings you into therapy. I serve families, couples and individuals experiencing dissatisfaction in various ways and different areas of life. I especially work with blending families (step, adoptive, foster, and relative).
