Clients often work with me to process relationship/social challenges, past traumatic experiences, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I have a particular passion for addressing root issues through a trauma-informed lens, with interventions I'm trained in such as EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
