My mission is to empower individuals, especially those within the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) community, to emerge into their limitless potential by doing things differently, stepping outside the norm, and embracing unique paths to healing and growth. I offer compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to those 18 years of age and older. By embracing new ways of thinking and healing, I guide each person toward self-discovery, resilience, and lasting personal transformation. Does any of this resonate with you?
I provide therapy online anywhere in Virginia. I attended Virginia Commonwealth University and obtained by Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. I have 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. Together, we can emerge beyond boundaries—venturing past established limits.
I believe in creating a safe, welcoming space for everyone, and I honor and try to understand the unique experiences of BIPOC communities.
