A specialty that I offer is Expressive Art Therapy. I help children and adults use creative art as a form of therapy. Using art in therapy facilitates healing through the use of imagination and various forms of creative mediums. Expressing myself through ART has always been my outlet of choice to relieve stress/anxiety and increase enjoyment/positive mood.
