I work with high functioning adults who look like they have it together but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or deeply self critical inside. Many have a harsh inner critic, complicated family dynamics, or unresolved trauma. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+ and/or value authenticity and equality. They are ready to feel better, not just cope. I help them understand their patterns, process what they have been carrying, and actually shift how they feel day to day.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and self worth using EMDR and evidence based therapy. I offer an active, engaged approach that helps you move beyond insight into real change. We focus on getting your brain and body unstuck so you can feel better, not just understand your struggles.
