But I believe that within every person is the profound capacity to heal and grow from these experiences. Your mind and body already know how to heal; my role is to help you activate that process.
In our work together, I offer a safe, compassionate, and understanding space to walk with you on your journey. We won't just talk; we will actively work to process difficult emotions, gain powerful insights, and build new perspectives that serve you.
Telehealth services available to Oregon & Florida. I focus & utilize specialty therapy modalities: EMDR, Vagus Nerve Stimulation, Emotional Freedom Therapy, Psychedelic (Ketamine/Psilocybin) Therapy, Biofeedback, Heart Math, Focused Art Therapy Processing, and more. Psychedelic Multi Day Intensive Retreats and EMDR Intensives available.
