Mental health affects our physical, social, spiritual, and communal well-being. It is all connected, and all important. This is why I use an integrative, holistic approach to therapy that focuses on the whole person, rather than symptoms or a diagnosis. I come with an inclusive, anti-oppressive, feminist perspective, and have a variety of "tools" for therapy support. Sessions can include reflection, art and creativity, mindfulness, and other practices that are meaningful to you. Harmony Tree Counseling & Wellness is about nurturing a deeper sense of well-being and connection to live the life you want.

I have over 10 years' experience journeying with individuals, families and children healing past trauma and chronic stress. I also have training in the use of mind-body practices, nutrition and herbal medicine for mental health. Together we build holistic wellness, problem-solve daily stressors, and foster compassionate self-understanding.
