I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience, and I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find emotional well-being. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions, and I’m committed to supporting those seeking personal growth and more fulfilling connections.

I earned my Master’s degree from the University of West Florida. In my work, I blend mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and solution-focused therapy to create a tailored and effective approach that meets each client’s unique needs.
