I am extremely passionate about helping people live their best lives and enjoy the process of getting to know my clients. I have a warm, casual, friendly, and conversational style. During sessions I am interactive, connected, and do not take notes. Clients often comment on my ability to remember even small details about their lives (that sometimes they don't even remember!). I work with adolescents (15+), adult individuals, and couples. Most of my clients experience high anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, fertility struggles, or are in the throes of early parenting.
I am strength-based and use a variety of techniques drawn from therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I like to combine insight with action-oriented work.
