My approach to counseling is existential phenomenological psychology. I work with individuals, teens, families and couples to achieve their therapeutic goals. I help clients make adjustments in their lives and ways of thinking to improve their ability to manage behaviors, emotions, and life circumstances. I find that counseling works best when I can meet a client wherever they are at in their journey to help them create positive changes through goal setting, goal tracking and positive therapeutic interaction and participation.
I am an existential phenomenological counselor. I offer help with depression, anxiety, OCD, panic, bipolar, Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorders, relationship problems, parenting difficulties, substance abuse, school performance improvement and reaching emotional goals.
