Each one of us has an inherent worth apart from the work we do, people we serve, and labels we receive from others as well as ourselves. I have 14+ years of experience and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wyoming and Colorado. My desire is to compassionately assist others as they walk through life’s unpredictability and messiness to gain a quality of life that allows them to thrive instead of just surviving in an authentic and realistic way.
