Hello! I am a graduate student in Counseling at Northwest Nazarene University with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families from a systems perspective, looking at an individual’s needs and growth within in the context of family relationships and the broader environment. My goal is to help clients develop a new understanding of themselves, and to hold the space for them to feel safe, have new experiences, and grow as human beings. I completed externship training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, and work with couples to change negative patterns and foster deeper connection.
I have a BA from the University of Wisconsin, a master’s in education from Northwestern University, and a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. I previously volunteered on the mental health hotline and National Suicide Prevention Line.
We all have times when we feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or all of the above. Gaining a deeper understanding of yourself or your relationship can help you shift, connect, and bring the best version of yourself to life. I look forward to meeting you where you are on your journey and working together to achieve positive change.
