I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I would be pleased to partner with you on your mental wellness and healing journey. I specialize in working with women and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues/ stress, and trauma. Together we will develop treatment goals that will empower you to make the desired changes you want to see in your life.
I take a warm and person-centered approach to treatment and allow you to choose what you would like to explore in sessions. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help you gain awareness of how our thoughts impact our emotions and behaviors.
