This allows us to personalize your treatment plan, using a variety of different techniques, to best fit your needs and goals.
We collaborate to identify common thinking patterns and unique strengths you may have, while brainstorming how to use those strengths to overcome a personal barrier or deal with a stressor. When working with children or individuals who may struggle to communicate, Play Therapy can be beneficial in building positive behaviors and relationship skills.
I hope to work as a team with my clients, individualizing the approach and treatment plan to support their goals. The well-rounded and collaborative approach allows for the sessions to be unique to each client, as we are all different and can benefit from a variety of strategies.
