I treat a wide variety of issues using individualized treatment modalities based on clients’ needs and the aspects of themselves and their lives they want to grow and work on.
My work is trauma- informed, skills based, with self-exploration and humanistic approaches. I am passionate about helping people discover what works for them on their path to healing and creating the lives they want to live. I work with children, teens, and adults (ages 7- elderly).
