Hi and welcome! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer a supportive, collaborative space for teens, adults, and families. I help individuals manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the emotional ups and downs of growth and change. I have experience supporting the neurodivergent community, including those with ASD and ADHD. I provide guidance and training for parents; whether they are raising young children, navigating general parenting challenges, or caring for adult children with mental health needs. I also support first responders and their families as they face the unique stressors of their role.

I use CBT, DBT, supportive, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients understand patterns, build coping skills, and improve relationships. I also help families and individuals identify underlying mental health or developmental needs and connect them to appropriate evaluations and resources.
